The Eagle of Chile is a bird of prey that flies over mountain skies, mainly in the Central Valley of Chile. One of our main vineyards located in the La Lajuela Micro Valley, in the Colchagua Valley, is the perfect home for a family of 5 native Eagles, which naturally maintains the vineyard ecosystem and inspires us to produce the most recognized wines of the winery, the VERDI ÁGUILA.

The VERDI ÁGUILA Carménère Family Reserve was grown only in hillside vineyards, harvested by hand and after a second selection in the winery, it was vinified for more than a year in French and American oak barrels. It is an exceptional wine, deep purple red in color, with unique notes of Chile, it has a perfect balance between spicy notes, very typical of this grape, plum, cocoa and berries. On the palate it is lively and intense, with long, silky tannins with a firm and elegant structure.
VERDI AGUILA Chardonnay is a truly premium white wine, from a single vineyard located in the Maule Valley, on the Yerbas Buenas estate. This Chardonnay was harvested by hand and carefully vinified and then aged in American and French oak barrels.
The Chilean eagles that take care of our vineyards and maintain the ecosystem in a natural way, inspire us to make this VERDI AGUILA Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine. Coming from the cold slopes of the Maule Valley, it is made using the "Charmat method" or also called the Italian method.
